I got my ass moving again....
When to gym after school and did some exercise... then went for cardio.... 2.4km run nia and I am half dead...
Stupid waffle + Lack of running ( 3 weeks?) = breathlessness and slow timing
OK... Sux... have to train alittle more. Swimming is not enough... N Justin is trying his best to win me!!! OMG!

OK... I got promoted to year 2, the whole class technically shld also promote. I really hope 16/08 remains as 16/08 next year. OK. Tomorrow take back GP... will delicate tomorrow's post to results!
